A really delicious dinner in a private restaurant run by very committed young people; the new policy of the Cuban Government makes it possible. Besides lamm they served „Moros y Christianos“ – black beans and rice prepared together – traditional food of the farmers in Cuba and the whole of Central America and the Caribbean.
