Blessed Pentecost
At Pentecost we as a Christian community celebrate our unity in diversity!
For God has not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind (2 Timothy 1,7)
After many weeks of lock down we again started today on Pentecost Sunday to open our churches and to celebrate our Services – but with strict hygienic conditions.
During this times of lock down the church bells rang every evening at 7:30 pm; we lit a candle and prayed in different languages. As the Corona Pandemic is still a challenge for all of us around the world and people are still suffering not only from the Virus but also from hunger, unemployment, isolation and loneliness we are asked for continous prayer. But we will do it now in our services.
Our common prayer will still be available in 29 languages under the following link: TOGETHER
Still praying together – today KISUAHELI
The Corona Pandemic is still a challenge for all of us around the world. People are suffering not only from the Virus but also from hunger, unemployment, isolation and loneliness because of the worldwide lockdown. We continue to pray in the evening at 7:30 pm when the church bells are ringing; we light a candle and put it in the window thinking of the people suffering from the crisis. Our prayer is now available in 29 languages.
As we are once through we start again sending our prayer into the world: today to our Kisuaheli speaking sisters and brothers!
